The Cigna Group is seeking a Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor to lead analytics across Evernorth’s Digital Data & AI organization. You will guide stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights to improve decisions and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring strong SQL/Python skills, 7+ years in analytics, and experience shaping analytics across enterprise reporting, population analytics, and market insights. A collaborative, cross-functional mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in advanced analytics, healthcare data, reporting, or related area.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience in large-scale data environments.
• Experience using Python or another commonly used language for analysis.
• Strong business analytics and problem-solving skills with ability to translate questions into practical solutions.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to business, clinical, technical, and leadership audiences.
• Experience collaborating across functions and contributing throughout the analytics solution lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, data science, mathematics, healthcare informatics, or a related field.
• Experience with one or more enterprise data platforms, such as Databricks, Teradata, or Postgres.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Databricks Genie.
• Knowledge of AI, large language models, agents, or other modern analytical technologies.
• Experience applying analytics to healthcare data, patient populations, or healthcare market insights.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,700 - 161,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
