Job Description:

This role is responsible for driving accurate, complete, and timely delivery of data. Key responsibilities include working with business stakeholders and technology teams to direct commercial banking data management activities and ensure availability for use by appropriate consumers. Job expectations include managing execution within the enterprise data management standards, data quality, and control practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Line of Business partners, including Compliance, Audit, and Risk, to understand needs and produce data solutions, often in partnership with Technology.
  • Identify gaps in data management standards adherence and collaborate with appropriate partners to develop plans for resolution, including recommendations to meet relevant risk and compliance policies and standards.
  • Analyze emerging data needs to address risk, regulatory, or business enablement priorities and plan for interim and target state solutions within data management policies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and internal controls in accordance with established thresholds, standards, and policies.

Minimum Education Requirement:

Pay range: $125,000.00 - $260,000.00 annualized salary, with offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible.

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on individual performance, contributions of their line of business and/or group, and overall company success.
