Position:Data Manager

Location:Remote

We are seeking a Data Manager for our premier behavioral health facility located in AZ. This position is REMOTE and will supervise a team who will also work remotely. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the data management team.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the corporate use of data, including the validation and quality of data.
  • When data discrepancies are identified, ensures issue resolution.
  • Oversee data analysis to ensure appropriate data usage and logic.
  • Supply executive team with data analysis as requested and as needed to inform corporate strategy.
  • Oversee supplying lines of business with data informatics for quality monitoring and auditing.
  • Oversee population health data analysis.
  • Identify, plan, and execute new forms of data analysis.
  • Facilitate data requests with business operations and information technology teams. Collaborate with data engineering.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisory and administrative support.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Five or more years of experience in healthcare data management, analysis, strategy, or similar. Preference for experience specific to behavioral health.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Software Programming or Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Preference for experience with NextGen and Power BI software.
  • Advanced understanding of MS SQL required.
