Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a Data & Records Management and Configuration Management professional in the United States (Concord, MA). The role involves generating equipment accountability logs, managing DoD CDRLs, and supporting data calls for government programs.

You will oversee CM/DM input to acquisition documents and maintain records management plans. You will also analyze data requirements, develop databases, and ensure cybersecurity practices are applied to information management services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years general experience in DoD environments.
• Comprehensive configuration management experience in a DoD setting.
• Experience performing baseline administrative activities for multiple environments.
• Ability to enter and manipulate data in databases (Lifecycle Management Process, Access, SharePoint).
• Strong collaboration with Government staff and stakeholders.

Description Data & Records Management

Generate and evaluate equipment accountability and inventory logs and reports. Organize, manage, and maintain the status of CDRL items, including receiving, sending, recording activity, and reporting activity to Government staff. Support data calls, review CDRLs, monitor contractor compliance, and manage data item deliveries. Oversee, perform, and report versions and staffing for government documents. Provide CM/DM input to acquisition documentation (SOWs, SOOs, PWSs) for the ASE division. Provide input to, maintain, and collaborate on records management plans. Perform and report records management duties per program office plans. Document and deliver file plans. Maintain various electronic files and websites using web-based applications.

Configuration & Change Management

Track and manage Change Requests (CRs), Discrepancy Reports (DRs), and Problem Reports (PRs). Conduct and support Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCAs/PCAs).

Data Analysis & Database Development

Analyze and recommend data requirements and specifications. Design, normalize, develop, install, and implement databases. Maintain, monitor, tune performance, and manage database backup/recovery. Install, configure, and maintain database management systems software. Analyze and plan for changes in data capacity requirements. Develop and administer data standards, policies, and procedures. Develop and implement data mining and data warehousing programs. Evaluate and recommend new database technologies and architectures.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

Ensure rigorous application of cybersecurity and information security policies, principles, and practices in delivering data management services.

Microsoft SharePoint Administration

Provide technical support for the SharePoint environment, including assessment and implementation of new capabilities. Configure SharePoint services and settings. Document SharePoint configuration and architecture. Manage site quotas, file size limits, and content databases. Review and monitor usage reports. Administer and maintain sites, layout, structure, and content. Provide SharePoint user support.

Requirements

Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience: 3+ years of general experience 3+ years working in the DoD sector

Comprehensive Configuration Management experience within a DoD environment, including conducting hardware and software configuration audits; utilizing CM tools for inventory control, version control, data duplication, and media labeling; producing detailed release notes and CM reports; and applying a strong understanding of configuration change control processes, CCB roles, and required change documentation.

Physical Requirements

Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.) Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time.

Salary

• Salary: $97,000-$114,000
• This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
