Job summary

V2X, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Data Manager to lead contract data deliverables for the COBRA DANE program. You will manage the electronic file storage, control access, and coordinate with the PMO and technical teams to ensure timely, accurate data submissions.

Responsibilities include CDRL/SDRL deliveries, SharePoint data management, and ITAR-controlled document handling. Requires at least 2 years in data management and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience
• OR -an Associate degree with 3 years relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with data management or transferrable skill
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform high-tempo CDRL/SDRL deliveries on or ahead of schedule, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements
• Post, manage, and extract data from SharePoint project and program sites on the network, maintaining organized file structures and access controls
• Maintain data in a digital environment as well as, when required, in hard copy
• Work with the electronic approval and release process
• Track and report status on all required CDRLs/SDRLs, including upcoming, in-process, and completed submissions
• Review statement of work or contract requirements to compile comprehensive list of deliverables
• Review Customer Data Requirement List (CDRL) or Supplier Data Requirements List (SDRL) for the submittal requirements, including reviewing the types of documents or data for submittal
• Assist with data collection for program audits
• Handle ITAR-controlled documents in accordance with regulatory and company policies, ensuring proper safeguarding and distribution controls

V2X is growing! We have an opportunity for a collaborative and motivated Data Manager (DM) to join our Engineering team in Colorado Springs, CO supporting the COBRA DANE (CD) program.

As a Data Manager, you will serve as the primary interface with all CD project customers for the identification, control, and accounting of program data deliverables in accordance with contractual requirements. You will establish and manage the electronic file storage system, including file structure, and maintain access control through the configuration of permissions and passwords. You will collaborate with the PMO and technical teams to ensure contract data requirements are current and delivered on time through effective scheduling, processing, and status accounting.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Configuration Manager to ensure alignment between configuration and data management activities, including change control, baseline management, and documentation standards. You will also provide backup support to the Configuration Manager and perform key configuration management duties during their absence to maintain continuity of operations.

You will ensure that customer requirements are implemented and aligned with Data Management directives and procedures, including oversight and execution of contract data requirement sign-off processes and verification that internal QA processes and checks are followed. You will identify the need for, and develop, work instructions to support project and Data Management requirements. In addition, you will lead the organizational implementation and execution of Data Management principles, provide Data Management support across all aspects of the project, and make Data Management decisions to proactively mitigate related issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/school/college and 2 years of experience

Desired Experience:

• Desired: Knowledge of or experience with GEIA-859 and/or GEIA-HB-859


• Desired: Experience using Windchill and/or Aras Innovator PLM tool


• Desired: Experience in establishing and managing web access electronic file storage systems


• Desired: Experience working with ITAR controlled documents


• Desired: Experience working with military and commercial contracts


• Desired: Familiarity with working with SharePoint
