Job Title: Data Management Strategy & Governance Advisor

Responsibilities

1. Govern and implement data quality rules, automated measurement/monitoring, issue management framework, operational dashboards, and predictive models for proactive data quality assessment and improvement opportunities.
2. Collaborate with source systems and data consumers to apply advanced data quality techniques, remediate issues, and monitor data quality risks.
3. Analyze data quality results and conduct audits on large data volumes for issues and improvements.
4. Present root cause analyses of data anomalies and triage data quality issues.
5. Evaluate the business impact of data quality issues and recommend improvements, including process and system changes.
6. Develop data quality policies, procedures, best practices, and knowledge content, ensuring implementation across the company.
7. Lead communication efforts on data asset quality and the value of data improvement initiatives.
8. Manage data quality work within the Agile framework to ensure timely delivery of capabilities and results.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer and Information Science, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or related field, plus three years of experience in data analysis. Experience should include managing the design, development, and improvement of complex data systems, tools, analysis, and reporting within the healthcare domain, with skills in statistical analysis, data mining/model building, SQL, Python, Tableau, TOAD, Pyspark, AWS, and Agile methodologies.
