Job description

As the Data Management Operations Manager - USCA, you will lead a team of data professionals and serve as the liaison between business, operations, sales, and IT to ensure that data-related business requirements for maintaining and protecting data are clearly defined, communicated, and understood.

Responsibilities

1. Develop an inventory of enterprise master data process maps, including data systems and owners.
2. Help develop and implement data quality standards, data protection standards, and adoption requirements across the enterprise for master data domains (Customer, Supplier, Material, Pricing, Location).
3. Define performance indicators and quality metrics; ensure compliance with data policies, standards, roles, responsibilities, and adoption requirements.
4. Resolve issues escalated from Business, Functional areas, and data governance representatives.
5. Lead the team to support achievement of project milestones and meet commitments.
6. Meet departmental budget goals and objectives.
7. Review functional requirements and recommend solutions to satisfy business needs.
8. Oversee enterprise-wide initiatives and lead teams from design through implementation.
9. Manage intake of relevant activities to the Shared Global Business Service Center to enhance efficiencies and benefits for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

1. BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 8+ years of leadership experience, such as managing projects or teams.
3. Business and/or Data experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards, etc., is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of Data Governance Principles and Master Data operations.
5. Experience in data management operations, guiding internal customers, leading teams, and managing complex projects.
