Job summary

BioAgilytix is seeking a Manager, Data Management to build and lead a new Data Management function within a CRO environment. The role combines hands-on leadership with building processes, structure, and a team to support data delivery, quality, and compliance across projects.

You will hire and mentor staff, coordinate with PM, PI, Operations, QA and IT, manage daily execution, track KPIs, and drive process improvements and automation. The position is on-site in Durham, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, clinical research, business, or related field.
• 6 years of CRO/lab/data operations experience with regulated data delivery.
• 2–4 years of people-leadership experience in a regulated operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly Data Management execution, including work assignment and staffing coverage.
• Own plan adherence and schedule attainment; identify at‑risk work and recover as needed.
• Ensure first‑pass quality, data integrity, traceability, and audit readiness.
