Job summary

Teva, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Data Management Senior Manager to lead outsourced data management activities for multiple studies. You will drive CRO partnerships, oversee CDMS and eCOA systems, and ensure data quality and regulatory adherence across global trials.

You will collaborate with Clinical Programming, Programming, Statistics, and Regulatory teams to optimize processes and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher; required for senior Data Management roles.
• 5+ years of data management experience in pharma/clinical research.
• Experience managing/overseeing CROs and service providers.
• Experience with computerized clinical data management systems (CDMS).
• Strong knowledge of eCOA/ePRO, CDASH/CDISC standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages data management tasks outsourced to external vendors, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Oversees Central Monitoring plans and risk reviews for assigned studies.
• Acts as focal point for data management and centralized monitoring with interfacing departments.
• Collaborates with Clinical Research, Programming, Statistics, and Regulatory to ensure data integrity.
• Prepares timelines and resource plans; communicates issues to management for action.
