Job summary

PGMTEK Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to develop detailed business requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and collaborate with the development team to automate reporting capabilities and migrate BI processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data management and business analysis, preferably in banking.
• Experience with data integration, data warehouse, data migration, and report automation.
• SQL reading/writing ability and understanding of data lake/data warehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and functional requirements for report automation and system implementation.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and plan requirements workshops.
• Lead meetings to gather requirements and create detailed BRD documents.
• Design workflows and provide solutions from multiple teams and technical capabilities.
• Design and implement data lake ingestion and data warehouse construction.
• Develop SQL queries to extract data from data lake/warehouse for reports.
• Collaborate with IT during SDLC: BRD, data warehouse, troubleshooting, UAT testing.
• Lead UAT, create plan and test cases, report progress.
• Address issues in daily operations with stakeholders for resolution.
• Create and maintain user manuals for automated reports; manage project activities.
• Proactively identify risks and communicate mitigation plans.
