Integrate several databases to create a system that uses multiple sources to show trends in child outcomes related to the implementation of early learning policies. Manage databases by data cleaning, data structuring, data alignment, formatting, and preparing datasets for analysis and dissemination.
Conduct statistical data analyses and participate in the interpretation of results. Analyses include using descriptive and inferential statistics, and complex statistical analyses of longitudinal data. Use software including SAS, Stata, Access, ArcGIS, and SQL to prepare analytic data files and conduct analyses under the supervision of faculty and research team. Conduct analyses using cross-sectional and longitudinal data at multiple levels, including individual, county and state-level. Use geospatial software to identify clusters, hotspots, as well as small area variation.
Prepare, in collaboration with faculty and staff, scientific reports, conference papers, policy briefs and journal articles. Attend and present results at national meetings, as well as state-level organizations
Participate in the development, execution and management of data sharing agreements with state and local agencies.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.
