POSITION SUMMARY

Solero Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Data Lake Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable enterprise data lake and lakehouse solutions within a large public-sector environment.

The Data Lake Architect will establish architecture standards for ingesting, storing, processing, securing, governing, and accessing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. This role will collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, BI Developers, cybersecurity teams, application teams, and business stakeholders to support enterprise analytics, reporting, AI, and data modernization initiatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Public-sector, government, education, or regulated-industry experience.
• Enterprise cloud and data-modernization experience.
• Experience integrating ERP, HCM, financial, and other enterprise systems.
• Experience with high-volume and complex datasets.
• Experience implementing data-governance and security frameworks.
• Experience supporting Power BI, advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI platforms.

Relevant Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS, DAMA/CDMP, TOGAF, or comparable data/cloud certifications are preferred.
