Job summary

PwC in New York is seeking a Data Intern to support Assurance teams and contribute to client support initiatives. You will learn PwC methodologies, participate in projects, and perform basic tasks and research while upholding the firm’s code of conduct.

You will gain exposure to ERP security, IT general controls, and ESG reporting, connecting learning with real-world applications to drive transparency and trust for clients.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields.
• Minimum GPA requirement as specified or implied by internship standards.
• Internships are entry-level; usually third or fourth year of study at application time.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in delivering technology-enabled solutions focused on trust and transparency.
• Participate in ERP security, IT general controls, and ESG reporting initiatives.
• Observe and learn from experienced auditors to gain confidence in financial reporting.
• Conduct basic tasks and research to uphold transparency, integrity, and compliance.
• Apply a learning mindset to develop personal skills and contribute to team success.
• Gather information from sources to analyze facts and discern patterns.
• Assist in evaluating internal control systems to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
