Job summary

PwC in Palo Alto is seeking a Data Intern to support Assurance teams and learn PwC methodologies focusing on client support initiatives in audit and assurance contexts. You will observe and assist on projects, perform basic tasks, and conduct research to develop professional standards and integrity.

Interns gain exposure to ERP security, IT general controls, and ESG reporting while contributing to transparency and trust for clients, under PwC's guidance and code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in one of the specified fields.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Typically in 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program at application time.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teams in delivering technology-enabled solutions focused on trust and transparency.
• Participating in projects related to ERP security, IT general controls, and ESG reporting.
• Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain confidence in financial reporting and decision-making.
• Conducting basic tasks and research to uphold transparency, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
