Job Summary

This position is ideal for someone with a culinary background who is passionate about using data to drive strategic decisions across Sourcing, Category Development, Distribution, Account Management, Sales, and Finance. This role will be responsible for assembling, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business objectives, with a strong focus on culinary-related metrics and performance. This role blends culinary expertise with analytical rigor to ensure accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly standardized reporting for various departments.
• Provide ad hoc reporting for various departments.
• Maintain and optimize queries and data elements, ensuring relevance to culinary operations and trends.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of analyses as it relates to culinary experience.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve complete & accurate analyses.
• Adhere to established processes and reporting standards in place.
• Resolve customer challenges related to analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Distribution or foodservice experience preferred.
• Sense of urgency and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Microsoft Excel experience including pivots, lookups, and Power Query.
• Power BI and/or SQL knowledge may be preferred.
