Job summary

Amphenol Spectra-Strip in Hamden, CT is seeking a Data Intelligence Manager to lead enterprise data intelligence, analytics, and digital solutions that accelerate data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will establish data governance, develop analytics capabilities, drive automation and AI adoption, and lead a global team partnering with Engineering, Quality, Operations, IT and business leaders to convert raw data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, digital transformation, business intelligence, knowledge management, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical professionals.
• Experience implementing enterprise reporting, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern collaboration platforms.
