Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, digital transformation, BI, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical professionals.
• Experience implementing enterprise reporting, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Convert operational, engineering, quality, and business data into actionable insights.
• Drive data quality, governance, and standardization across global sites.
• Lead development of automation, reporting, and digital workflow solutions.
• Champion adoption of AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and emerging digital technologies.
• Own the effectiveness of collaboration and information management platforms, including SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Establish best practices that reduce tribal knowledge and increase organizational learning.
• Establish and communicate priorities, roadmaps, and resource plans aligned with company objectives.
