Job summary

Eightelevengroup is seeking a Data Intelligence Analyst for an on-site role in Minnesota. You will design, develop, and deliver scalable Power BI dashboards and semantic models, build data pipelines with SQL and Python, and architect cloud data solutions with Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or Databricks to enable analytics and AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Seven years of experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science with measurable impact.
• Hands-on with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboards) and familiarity with Fabric, Copilot, or embedded analytics.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric for data ingestion and transformation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, PySpark) for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience developing AI/ML solutions in Python or R; knowledge of data governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Python; process structured and unstructured data.
• Architect and manage cloud data solutions like Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks.
• Design, operationalize, and evaluate AI/ML solutions including NLP, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Build AI copilots and integrate AI agents into enterprise workflows with approved platforms.
• Establish data governance practices and collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Data Governance teams.
• Enable self-service analytics and train users on Power BI and data tools.
