Qualifications

5+ years in data analysis, BI, or related analytics roles.
Strong SQL and data querying/transformation skills.
Experience with Python/R for data analysis.
Experience with BI/visualization tools and dashboards.
Familiarity with evaluating AI/ML model outputs.

Responsibilities

Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and insights.
Support evaluation of AI/ML and generative AI model outputs for accuracy and bias.
Design dashboards and reports to track AI system performance and KPIs.
Partner with data scientists and AI engineers to define evaluation metrics.
Write and optimize SQL queries from various sources.
Perform EDA to support model development and features.
Label, curate, and validate datasets for training AI models.
Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and present findings.
Identify data quality issues and work with engineering teams to resolve them.
Stay current on AI/ML trends relevant to data analysis.
