Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Data Integrity Business Consultant to collaborate with biotech, pharma, and med device clients. You will translate informatics into actionable business value, lead customer engagements, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

You will analyze data integrity, governance, and workflow challenges, map processes, and provide strategic recommendations, while maintaining strong client relationships and industry awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required.
• Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in a laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of lab systems: ELN, LIMS, LES/MES, eQMS.
• Experience with data integrity, data management, data governance, quality and validation, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Carry out business analysis engagements with customers including data integrity, process mapping, data mapping, and ROI assessments.
• Experience with process mapping; beneficial if related to equipment-related processes.
• Experience with data governance, strategy and integrity.
• Meet with customer domain experts to understand workflows, challenges and requirements.
• Document customer project information and workflows using templates/tools (process mapping apps).
• Provide relevant advice and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices in business consulting, process, technology, and standards.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of technologies for successful delivery of projects.
• Provide project leadership and ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables.
• Ensure time spent on billable projects is accurately reported weekly.
• Maintain and evolve customer relationships through in-person, remote and written communication.
• Assess project delivery against SOW and business goals.
• Project representation of ProPharma to customers and prospects.
• Contribute to ProPharma’s ability to secure new projects.
• Identify new value-add opportunities for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
