Job summary

Avidity is seeking a Data Executive for a UK-based, homebased role. You will own data capture and accuracy across clients, maintain call files, and support field teams with data capture apps and product files.

You’ll produce timely reports and ensure repeatable, accurate outputs across multiple clients. You’ll be numerate with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, able to follow clear processes and meet deadlines, with desirable familiarity with EPOS datasets.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate datasets.
• Numerate with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communicator turning requirements into structured tasks.
• Calm under deadline pressure and able to follow processes.
• Familiarity with field sales data or EPOS datasets is desirable.
• Experience managing recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own data capture and data accuracy processes across an agreed set of clients.
• Maintain call files (store lists and visit schedules) across systems.
• Set up and maintain data capture apps, including survey questions and field users.
• Maintain product files across CRM, retail data and image recognition tools.
• Admin support for field teams: POS and field storage management.
• Produce and distribute agreed reports on time and to standard.
• Gather and document reporting requirements, versions and changes for repeatability.
• Follow SLAs, templates and controls; log issues and escalate early when needed.
• Identify improvements to reduce rework through templates and inputs.
• Collaborate with Client Reporting & Insight Executives on outputs.
