• Research, identify and resolve documentation issues to ensure integrity of E.HR and associated databases.
• Collaborate with AHN departments to report and resolve issues as necessary; ensure corrections follow policies.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes per established procedures.
• Provide support and education to all E.HR end users.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to report distribution within the E.HR, ancillary and vendor databases.
• Produce accurate OR monitor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
