Job Summary
Reporting to the EMPI Operations Manager, the Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of patient records within the EMPI at Mass General Brigham (MGB). This position requires a high level of analytical skills and investigative abilities to maintain data integrity across MGB entities and affiliates. The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong analytical skills, can work independently and in a group setting, and excels in a fast-paced environment. They play a vital part in maintaining patient identity and data integrity by using their skills and tools to resolve identity discrepancies to support patient care delivery, data exchange, analytics, and critical business processes throughout the MGB network.
