We are seeking a Data Integrity Manager to join a global infrastructure analytics team supporting data quality and reporting for high-impact technical programs across data center environments. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of operational data used to inform strategic decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of scripting, visualization, and data governance experience—paired with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data quality assurance across various systems (e.g., project management platforms, CRM, and internal tooling)
• Detect and resolve data discrepancies, anomalies, and validation issues using automation and ad hoc scripting
• Build and maintain data dashboards and reporting solutions that align with team goals and stakeholder needs
• Implement and document data governance standards, including process documentation and data lineage tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and troubleshoot issues
• Create automation scripts using Python and advanced SQL queries to support large-scale data cleanup and monitoring
• Determine the right balance between manual corrections and long-term automated solutions
• Partner with analytics teams to optimize and adjust data pipelines and schema
  
  

Top Required Skills

• Spreadsheet Automation & Smartsheet Expertise – Advanced Excel/Smartsheet use, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, automations, and interlinked datasets
• Data Visualization – Experience with tools like Quicksight, Tableau, or similar platforms, creating calculated fields and managing denormalized data
• SQL & Python Scripting – Writing queries and scripts for automation, anomaly detection, and data reconciliation
  
  

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years in a data management, data integrity, or analytics role
• Proven ability to audit and clean large datasets across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with relational databases and complex joins, including window functions
• Experience designing and maintaining dashboards and visual reporting tools
• Understanding of effective data visualization techniques and design principles
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python libraries like Pandas; API call automation and SDK scripting (e.g., Smartsheet SDK)
• Background in working with cloud-based data tools (e.g., Redshift, Glue, Lambda, S3)
• Familiarity with using IDEs like VSCode or DataGrip
• Previous experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, or engineering organizations
