Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a data management specialist responsible for executing strategic objectives, researching ERP data requests, and maintaining data control within the enterprise system. You will administer Deltek, SharePoint, and related portals to support data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process documentation, and implementing improvements in procurement data workflows, with a focus on compliance and efficiency across functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Experience in ISO9000 and AS9100 environments preferred.
• Experience with Deltek / Costpoint preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic group objectives as defined by Management.
• Independently research and compile ERP data requests into usable management information.
• Control data entry within the Company ERP System and maintain baselines and process documentation.
• Administer functions within Deltek, SharePoint, Dynafact, customer portals, or intranet sites.
• Support definition and execution of technology needs for data management and control.
• Suggest and implement process improvements related to procurement tasks and data repositories.
