Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions, LLC seeks a Data Steward / Policy Manager to lead data governance initiatives, manage a team, and coordinate intelligence data operations. The role requires strong experience in data integration, SOP documentation, and delivering professional briefings to diverse audiences.

Preferred or required: DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility, and DoDD 8140.01 IT certification readiness within 30 days of indoctrination.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience providing data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
• 4 years leading a team and managing subordinates in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or delivering briefings to diverse audiences.
• Ability to draft and maintain SOPs and produce reports with text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
• Ability to interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.

Job description

• 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
• Meets all qualifications of a Data Steward / Policy Manager.

Qualifications of Data Steward / Policy Manager:

• 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
• 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.

Desired Education:

• Desired: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Required: Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.

Certifications:

• Current DoDTop Secret /SCI SecurityClearance withability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 Calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
