Job summary

InfoIMAGE, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Data Integration Analyst who will gather and document business and technical requirements, map client data into InfoImage products, and support onboarding and solution delivery.

The role collaborates with Sales, Implementation, Product, and QA to ensure accurate data ingestion, transformation rules, and validation criteria; strong SDLC and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or computer science related fields.
• 3+ years in implementation, technical analysis, or similar roles in SaaS/enterprise software.
• 3+ years in regulated industries (financial services or healthcare) preferred.
• Understanding of consumer banking products/services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux, RDBMS, and SFTP.
• Experience translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with web-based application implementations (B2B/B2C).
• SDLC familiarity and ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Gather job specs and technical deliverables through client interfacing for integration activities.
• Ensure clear requirements documentation supports development and QA.
• Manage technical analysis for client setups and customizations.
• Map fields between data sources, templates, and Statements of Work; translate into integration specifications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Implementation, Product, Development, QA, and Operations.
• Assist in UAT and validation of features and solutions.
