Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience orchestrating and optimizing ETL processes.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce platforms (Ed Cloud preferred).
• Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, SQL; comfortable with Web Services (JSON, XML, REST, SOAP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document complex ETL tasks and data integrations.
• Collaborate with partners to determine needs and evaluate solutions.
• Monitor Informatica operations and optimize scheduling for reliable delivery.
• Provide technical direction for system-level integrations and architecture.
• Troubleshoot issues and train staff on ETL practices and APIs.
