Job summary

Dauch Corporation, based in Detroit, seeks an Integration Specialist to design, build, and maintain data pipelines, API ecosystems, and streaming architectures powering our platform.

You will collaborate with applications, business users, and data teams to connect systems across the enterprise, ensuring reliable real‑time and batch data flows between internal services and third‑party platforms, with hands‑on expertise in API design, event‑driven streaming, and modern ETL/ELT processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in integration or data engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or PL/SQL.
• Experience building streaming pipelines with Kafka or Kinesis.
• ETL/ELT tools experience: Informatica, Talend, or ODI.
• SQL across relational databases and API security basics.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and publish RESTful and GraphQL APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Develop API gateway configs, auth flows, and rate limits.
• Build streaming pipelines with Kafka/Kinesis; monitor health and performance.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestrate workflows.
• Collaborate with data architects; optimize schemas for OLTP/OLAP.
