Job summary

IBM Internal in Portland, OR seeks a Data Engineer specialized in data integration for a 9+ month contract. You will analyze payroll, enrollment, and contribution data; reconcile discrepancies across systems and map, transform, and integrate data for recordkeeping platforms.

You will monitor data flows, and support onboarding configuration for plans and rules. You will apply AI tooling to detect anomalies, leverage Python/SQL/RPA to automate data processes, and ensure ERISA/IRS/DOL compliance

Qualifications

• Analyze payroll data and reconcile discrepancies across systems.
• Map, transform and integrate data for recordkeeping platforms.
• Detect errors using AI pattern recognition and anomaly detection.
• Ensure ERISA/IRS/DOL compliance and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate data needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze payroll, enrollment data; reconcile discrepancies across systems.
• Map, transform, and integrate data for recordkeeping platforms; manage file formats (CSV/XML).
• Detect errors using AI tools (pattern recognition, anomaly detection).
• Support plan onboarding: configure plans, investments, and contribution rules.
• Monitor data flows, interfaces, and automated feeds; troubleshoot issues.
• Apply knowledge of 401(k) products and FIS Omni; ensure compliance.
• Perform QA/QC, maintain documentation, communicate data needs and resolutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; communicate data needs and resolutions.
• Use AI/Python/SQL/RPA to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• BGC required.
