T-Tech, a growing UK-based MSP, seeks a Data & Integration Engineer to drive data, integrations, automation, and modern cloud technologies. This hands-on role focuses on delivering practical business outcomes through engineering and automation rather than strategy or consultancy.

You will design, build, and maintain API integrations, automate workflows, and develop reporting to support decision-making, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tangible

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and supporting API integrations in production environments.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, and Webhooks.
• Experience managing two-way data synchronization and reconciliation.
• Experience working with Microsoft Graph, Entra APIs, or similar vendor platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot real-world integration challenges and API limitations.

The Role

As our Data & Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations between core business systems, improving data quality, automating processes, and developing reporting solutions that support business decision-making.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering practical business outcomes through robust engineering and automation rather than pure strategy or consultancy work.

What You'll Be Doing

Requirements

Integration & API Development

• Proven experience building and supporting API integrations in production environments.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, and Webhooks.
• Experience managing two-way data synchronization and reconciliation.
• Experience working with Microsoft Graph, Entra APIs, or similar vendor platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot real-world integration challenges and API limitations.

Data & Automation

• Strong SQL skills including queries, joins, views, and stored procedures.
• Experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
• Demonstrated experience automating business processes from end to end.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly within a controlled delivery process.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar platforms.
• Ability to gather reporting requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of how data models support reporting and business intelligence solutions.
