Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong SQL and database management experience.
• Experience with cloud-based data integration solutions such as Fivetran, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with Python and/or Java.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Apache NiFi.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with systems testing, deployment testing, and risk analysis.
• Previous team lead, project lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.
• 5-10 years of Information Technology experience.
• 5-10 years of progressive responsibility in application development.
• 5-10 years of systems analysis and design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data integration processes using ETL tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and identify data sources.
• Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain data integrity.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Document data integration processes, data flows, and system configurations.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data integration and data management.
• Provide support and training to end users on data integration tools and processes.
• Manage multiple projects while balancing technical design, business needs, and long-term sustainability.
• Perform or lead analysis, design, and construction efforts to address business and customer requests.
• Establish technical architecture requirements for systems to be deployed.
• Lead and advise on complex design and code reviews.
• Develop and drive best practices for testing and delivery of defect‑free code.
• Prioritize and manage work efforts across multiple business areas.
• Ensure system designs align with workflows and incorporate controls that mitigate business, regulatory, and operational risks.
• Lead post‑implementation reviews for significant system changes and deployments.
• Assist in establishing policies, processes, procedures, and standards.
• Anticipate cross‑functional and data impacts associated with new development initiatives.
• Serve as a technical expert and troubleshoot issues across multiple applications.
