Job summary

Smart Synergies is seeking a data analytics professional to support its metrics program and translate performance data into actionable business insights. The role focuses on measuring impact, understanding customer behavior, and delivering monthly and ad hoc reports with clear visualizations for leadership.

Candidates should have TS/SCI with FS polygraph, experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, and strong communication and writing skills.

Qualifications

• US TS/SCI with FS polygraph.
• Exposure to US foreign policy and national security counterterrorism objectives.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with SQL and Python.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong briefing, writing, and client interaction skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and independent work capability.
• Data visualization experience and ability to research and analyze results.
• Experience with survey development, implementation, and analysis on customer themes.

Responsibilities

• Support the metrics program by delivering data to measure impact and justify resources.
• Provide insights into customer behavior and interests to guide actions.
• Translate performance metrics and website analytics into actionable plans.
• Prepare monthly, ad hoc, and performance reports.
• Create data visualizations for leadership and monitor progress.
• Offer technical support to users and recommend process improvements.
• Develop strategies to strengthen relationships between website, contributors, and consumers.
• Contribute to AI/ML capabilities and data-driven solutions as opportunities arise.
