Job Summary:

Ways2Well is pioneering the future of personal health and wellness management by leveraging comprehensive blood lab analysis. They are seeking a data-driven and highly collaborative Data & Insights Analyst to lead data reporting and visualization efforts across the organization, working closely with stakeholders to develop meaningful KPIs and ensure data insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from various systems including CanvasMedical, Aircall, finance platforms, CRMs, and other operational tools

• Develop and maintain automated, interactive dashboards and reports that reflect key performance indicators across departments

• Translate complex datasets into digestible visualizations and strategic insights

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs

• Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders across clinical, operations, finance, marketing, and leadership teams

• Understand departmental priorities and design customized reporting solutions tailored to team-specific goals

• Lead discovery meetings to define KPIs, data sources, and desired reporting outcomes

• Train and support team members on interpreting dashboards and using insights effectively

• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities based on data patterns

• Provide proactive, actionable recommendations that support business growth and operational improvements

• Contribute to quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with leadership

• Recommend improvements to data collection processes and infrastructure to improve accuracy and efficiency

• Partner with IT or external vendors as needed to ensure reliable data pipelines

• Uphold best practices for data governance, privacy, and compliance (especially in healthcare-related systems)

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role

• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)

• Experience working with EHRs (e.g., CanvasMedical), VoIP platforms (e.g., Aircall), and financial or CRM tools

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data cleaning techniques

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders

• High attention to detail and organizational skills
