Capital One is seeking a Product Manager to join the Operational Data Infrastructure team in McLean, VA. You will bridge raw data to high-performance datasets, partnering with Enterprise tech, business stakeholders, and Risk Management to accelerate insights and scale ML models.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, improve data quality and reliability, and empower analysts with fast, self-service data visualization and robust query performance.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in a quantitative field, or Business/Marketing with expected degree by start date.
• Or Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Preferred: translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data products and roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of scalable data products for analytics and ML.
• Collaborate with risk management to ensure compliance and governance.
• Define data strategy and expansion with enterprise platforms and standards.
• Lead feature delivery from intent to production with agile teams.
• Elevate data quality, uptime, and scalability to enterprise standards.
• Enable self-service analytics with optimized visualizations and performance.
