Job summary

Speechify is looking for a Software Engineer to join its AI team in Memphis, Tennessee. The position involves supporting data collection and enhancing ingestion pipelines on GCP. Ideal candidates will have a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, 5+ years of software development experience, and proficiency in bash/Python scripting and Docker. The role emphasizes collaboration, and candidates can expect a base salary between $140,000 and $200,000 plus bonuses and equity, in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Experience with web crawlers and large-scale data processing workflows is a plus.
• Professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider.

Responsibilities

• Find new sources of audio data and integrate into ingestion pipeline.
• Extend cloud infrastructure for ingestion pipeline on GCP.
• Collaborate with Scientists to enhance data quality and cost efficiency.

Skills

Education
