Job summary

Speechify is seeking a Software Engineer to handle data collection for model training. Responsibilities include identifying audio data sources, managing cloud infrastructure on GCP, and working with the AI team on data strategies. Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Experience with web crawlers and large-scale data processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find new sources of audio data and integrate into ingestion pipeline.
• Operate and extend cloud infrastructure on GCP using Terraform.
• Collaborate with Scientists to improve data quality and throughput.

Skills

Proficiency with bash/Python scripting

Experience with Docker

Cloud Provider experience (GCP)

Strong communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Education

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
