Job summary

Arena Intelligence seeks a skilled Data Infrastructure Engineer to build scalable data pipelines powering real-world AI evaluation. You will process tens of millions of user votes and feedback, driving accurate model comparisons and insights.

Work closely with researchers and product leadership to scale data systems, ensure data quality, and enable transparent, rigorous analytics across frontier models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with a focus on data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one data-analysis language (Python preferred).
• Hands-on experience with data processing and pipeline frameworks and big data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform user vote data for model evaluation.
• Collaborate with researchers and product leadership to define data needs and goals.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports for public, model providers, and researchers.
