Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Software Engineer to scale data infrastructure, automation, and tools. You will work with partners to define data needs and build data models and pipelines for the Data Lake and Warehouse.

You will also develop data quality checks, QA, and monitoring, while improving ETL reliability and helping onboard fellow engineers. Strong Python/Java, SQL, and distributed data experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or BI.
• Proficiency with Python/Java in full software lifecycle.
• Strong SQL and distributed computing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Understand data requirements with business partners.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to collect data.
• Design and implement large-scale data models and pipelines for Data Lake/Warehouse.
