Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Data Information Assistant to provide essential administrative support across program areas, including data entry and patient care data management.

The role involves collecting and sharing information with internal and external partners to support decision-making, processing service authorizations, and assisting with billing and medical records.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of college is preferred.
  • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 30 wpm is required.
  • Must possess data entry and customer service skills and a clear and present speaking voice.
  • Good critical thinking, accounting, organization and communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in utilizing personal computers and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association (AHA) is required.

Responsibilities
