What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and monitor data quality, including exception and error handling at a complex level
- Communicate with internal and external clients and vendors regarding file specifications and data quality issues
- Develop, maintain, and provide documentation on processes, scripts, and case resolution procedures
- Provide guidance and training for new team members on file processing and error handling
- Analyze and monitor data updates to ensure the integrity of data and work with electronic files

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 to 3 years of technical work experience involving data management/integrations
- Experience with Single Sign-On, sFTP, and APIs
- Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to read and edit existing SQL scripts
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with public sector customers
- Experience building and mapping data file imports & exports
- Familiarity with HRIS, G/L, Payroll, Time/Attendance, and 834 integrations
- Familiarity with SaaS technology model
- Experience with HR and/or TMS software and related processes
