We are seeking a Data Import Specialist to join our Professional Services team. As a Data Import Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients are able to get the most out of AgencyBloc, by ensuring the smooth migration of their data from their prior CRM into AgencyBloc. The Data Import Specialist has a familiarity with the life and/or health insurance industry to ensure successful data imports; both for new clients during onboarding as well as any client that may need assistance with our data import or conversion utilities. This position will work in conjunction with both the Sales and Product teams. The role is a blend of client communication and focused project management tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a data expert to help clients migrate their data from other sources into the AgencyBloc platform.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests, and coordinate with internal business partners to ensure a successful data migration/import that meets client expectations.
- Conduct data mapping, data conversion, and data migration for new customers.
- Focus heavily on accuracy and attention to detail for work completed while acting with a sense of urgency to help meet internal/external deadlines.
- Provide quality assurance on data conversion work.
- As part of the Client Success team, be an expert on the AgencyBloc product, specifically as it pertains to the import and conversion utilities.
- Conduct client import training sessions via web meetings and conference calls.
- Support team goals including client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze, design, and implement new processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies.
- Actively participate in regular departmental meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Education/Experience:
- Ability to learn and thrive in an office environment, as well as a home-based environment.
- High level of comfort with web-based technologies.
- Minimum three years’ experience in manipulating and/or cleansing of data in Microsoft Excel and CSV.
- Strong Excel and CSV expertise.
- Flexibility to manage multiple, active data manipulation/migration projects at once.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving instincts.
- Proven track record of establishing credibility with key clients and accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized, and efficient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated by the opportunity to be part of a fast moving, entrepreneurial team.
- Experience supporting the insurance industry strongly preferred.
- Natural strengths to include quick thinking and problem solving, flexibility, adaptability, resilience, positive attitude, collaborative nature, self-starter, a humble confidence, and an ability to “translate” thoughts among various groups of people.
