Job summary

Q2IMPACT is seeking a Data Management and Governance Specialist to develop systems and standards for reliable programmatic data. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and create dashboards to support decision-making across the MEL platform.

The role requires expertise in data quality, visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI, and collaboration with U.S. and international partners. Travel and telework may be required as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent and at least five years of relevant professional experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• At least seven years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in data management and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or GIS software.
• Strong understanding of data quality standards and best practices for data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Clean, process, analyze, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop data management systems for collection, storage, governance, analysis, and retrieval of programmatic data.
• Establish and apply data quality standards, validation procedures, metadata practices, and documentation protocols.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Support indicator tracking and reporting-ready data sets.
• Provide training and technical assistance on data management and visualization.
• Coordinate with MEL specialists to ensure data systems meet requirements.
