Job summary

Insight Xcite is seeking a Data Management & Data Governance Professional to support mission-critical data programs within the Intelligence Community. This role focuses on establishing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise data governance practices, cataloging data assets, and ensuring compliance with security and policy requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data cataloging platforms, metadata management, and governance processes, collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is required.
• 6+ years in data management or governance roles.
• Experience with enterprise data catalogs and metadata management.
• Familiarity with regulatory and IC data handling rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data governance policies.
• Catalog data assets with metadata and lineage.
• Ensure compliance with federal and IC requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to improve data quality.
• Assess governance maturity and risks.
• Promote data stewardship across teams.
• Maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories.
• Integrate governance into enterprise platforms.
