A leading healthcare firm in Snowflake, Arizona, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Governance & Validation Analyst. This role involves developing data governance policies and analyzing healthcare data using SQL and Databricks. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in data governance and excellent communication skills. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health plans and a 401(k).
Provides professional input to Business Analytics assignments/projects. Works in collaboration with business partners to provide analyses and reports to aide decision making based on data, facts, and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.
Analyses and interprets collected data, spots trends, writes reports and recommendations and completes data modeling. Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
