Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience delivering systems and projects from inception to implementation.
• Experience with PLSQL, Java, Spring Boot and shell scripting.
• Experience implementing Kubernetes framework.
• Experience with large data flows using Oracle externals tables and Oracle Data Pumps.
• 2+ years in cloud-based multi-tier applications; familiar with Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data governance patterns for archive, purge, masking, data sub-setting, retention, lineage, metadata, and auditability.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural direction for scalable, secure data governance solutions.
• Partner with data architects, platform teams, security, operations, and stakeholders to validate solution design and delivery.
• Build validation, reconciliation, exception handling, and monitoring controls for data accuracy and traceability.
• Support operational readiness through runbooks, procedures, monitoring, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers; ensure alignment with SEI standards.
