The CJCC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Data Governance to support our development of a comprehensive data governance framework. This is a part-time one-year position. Salary is expected to be between about $56-72k for three days a week.
This project aims to establish a robust data governance framework to manage the full life cycle of organizational data, including receiving, cleaning, integrating, storing, analyzing, securely publishing data and reports, followed by, when necessary, secure data destruction. These measures will enhance compliance, improve data quality, and streamline reporting processes across dashboards and data types.
We are seeking an expert in data governance, including the ability to read and apply security policies and data use agreements; develop data processing workflows; and develop and maintain a system of documentation. The best candidate will have mastery level coding skills in R or Stata to support automated validation and cleaning. Just as important, we want a team player who can train others and build systems our team can maintain.
