Qualifications

• Specialized experience in data governance and public sector datasets.
• Ability to draft comprehensive governance policies and document data roles.
• Experience creating metadata, data dictionaries, and codebooks.

Responsabilités

• Design and formalize a comprehensive data governance framework.
• Draft documentation for data roles, access tiers, and accountability structures.
• Describe data collection, validation, publication workflows and naming conventions.
• Create templates, submission guidelines, and data-sharing standards.
• Develop codebooks and metadata documentation to support analysis.
• Provide training materials, user guides, and quick reference documents.
• Deliver a maintenance plan for governance products.
