Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Data Support Manager to oversee data architecture and governance for GRM, ensuring data quality and strong controls across risk reporting platforms.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, evaluate data tools, and mentor teams while partnering with Compliance, Technology, and Front Office stakeholders. Strong BCBS 239 expertise and data modeling skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6+ years in data platform/architecture.
• Deep understanding of BCBS 239 principles and practical implementation in large org.
• Experience with risk reporting systems, data warehouses, and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with data quality, metadata management, and data lineage tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead data architecture for risk data and reporting platforms.
• Design data products to support quantitative modeling in GRM.
• Collaborate with Middle Office, Sales & Trading, Technology, Compliance and Risk teams.
• Lead assessment of data health and maturity for Global Risk Management domain.
• Develop remediation plans and evaluate data tools through PoCs.
