Jobtailor is seeking a data governance professional to oversee data risk issues within CSBB, manage the end-to-end issue lifecycle, and coordinate cross-functional remediation efforts. The role emphasizes strong writing for remediation plans and evidence, with responsibilities spanning evidence gathering, walkthroughs, and regulatory support.

You will collaborate with risk, audit, and technology stakeholders to ensure accurate remediation documentation and timely closure of issues in CSBB

Qualifications

• Experience in issue management, data governance, or a risk/control environment.
• Strong writing skills for remediation plans, narratives, and evidence documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across risk, audit, and technology stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk, data, analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data risk issues for the Data Governance group of CSBB.
• Support end-to-end issue lifecycle from intake to closure.
• Own issues end-to-end or coordinate remediation by Business Data Stewards and partners.
• Track and manage data-related issues across CSBB in systems of record.
• Draft, review, and maintain Remediation Plans with accurate language.
• Coordinate with process partners to gather evidence and validate closure.
• Lead control and evidence walkthroughs with participants.
• Partner with remediation teams to submit evidence for review.
• Perform other data governance activities as needed.
• Execute data governance responsibilities such as risk control execution and regulatory support.
